Hannah John-Kamen is an English actress best known for her roles in films such as Ready Player One, Ant-Man and the Wasp and Tomb Raider. She is also well known for her television roles in series such as Killjoys and Black Mirror.
John-Kamen began her acting career at a young age performing in stage productions, including a role in Terrence McNally’s Master Class. She made her debut on the big screen in 2011 with the film Albatross, followed by a recurring role in the series Misfits. In 2014 she received recognition for her performance as Dutch on the Canadian science fiction series Killjoys, for which she earned a nomination for Best Performance by an Actress at the Canadian Screen Awards.
In 2018 John-Kamen gained widespread critical acclaim for her supporting role as F’Nale Zandor in Ready Player One, as well as Ghost/Ava Starr in Ant-Man and the Wasp. That same year she also appeared opposite Alicia Vikander in Tomb Raider. More recently, she was seen playing Oona/Oonabae during Black Mirror’s fifth season. Her upcoming projects include The Defenders and the upcoming Sony movie Morbius starring Jared Leto.
