The film follows a yoga teacher named Sarah (Moore) whose life flashes before her eyes during a deadly home invasion. She manages to use this “life flashing before my eyes” moment to stop in a specific memory, but when she does, she realizes that she has the opportunity to change her past. Sarah decides to use this power to save her boyfriend, who was killed in the home invasion. But as she begins to change her past, she realizes that there are unintended consequences.
