“My Daemon” is an animation series directed by Nat Yoswatananont.
Kento is a boy who has raised a Daemon creature in a post-apocalyptic Japan after the invasion of Daemon particles, which gave rise to monstrous beings that wreaked havoc on the world and brought society as we know it to an end.
Despite their appearance, Daemons are beings with extraordinary powers, both good and bad, and some even have the ability to manipulate space and time.
And so it is with Keto’s Daemon, possessing the power to stop time inside its stomach (a kind of “gastric black hole”).
But it’s a challenging world, and Keto’s mother is murdered by a creature trainer, plunging Keto and his small Daemon into chaos.
