It is a well-produced series, with well-crafted scenes and editing. It maintains a swift pace without rushing, avoiding resorting to over-the-top situations or chases. It skillfully achieves a delicate narrative balance between comedy and thriller, never losing sight that it is, ultimately, a comedy. It takes the story seriously, just enough to avoid absurdity, and takes the comedy very seriously, enough to never treat the plot with any form of drama.
The first episode is hilarious, with the two twin brothers engaged in shady businesses and the climax of one of them, setting the stage for the woman’s tangled plot.
The cinematography is excellent, as this is not a series that neglects its production value. It is carefully crafted and thought out, and within its laid-back formula, it works, entertains, and leaves you wanting to watch one more episode – a fundamental objective of any television series.
