The Perfumier (Der Parfumeur) is a German thriller directed by Nils Willbrandt. Inspired upon the novel The Perfume by Patrick Süskind, it takes us through a modern day tale where the sense of smell and perfume elaborated by macabre means takes center stage.
Premise
A detective loses her lover and sense of smell. She recurs to a perfumier to assist her, but it will turn our this perfume maker uses deadly methods.
