Margot Elise Robbie was born on July 2, 1990 in Dalby, Australia.

After a few roles in teen comedies, Margot Robbie became known for the series Neighbors until she later starred in Pan Am (2011). Scorsese made her the not-at-all-good wife in The Wolf of Wall Street (2013) -he wasn’t exactly “a saint” either – and the roles rained down on her.

She was nominated for an Academy Award for I, Tonya (2017) and for the terrific Bombshell (2019) and has great performances in films like Mary Queen of Scots (2018) and Tarantino‘s Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood (2019).

She plays the role as Harley Queen in The Suicide Squad (2021) and in 2021, she will be Barbie in Barbie (2023), alongside Ryan Gosling playing the role of Ken.

Movie Reviews

“Irreverent, comically revolting and gnarly (…) but it’s also full of a soaring, beating heart that is surprisingly moving in its tribute to the forgotten, the marginalized and the expendable lowlifes of the world. Rodrigo Perez: The Playlist

“Chaos reigns in Gunn’s absurdly delightful and indubitably not-for-kids ‘Squad’ (…) the anti-Marvel movie (…) Rating: ???½ (out of 4)” Brian Truitt: USA Today
