King of Stonks (2022). Netflix Miniseries Review

1 min read

King of Stonks is a 6 episode German miniseries starring Thomas Schubert and Matthias Brandt. It is directed by Jan BonnyIsabell Suba y Facundo Scalerandi.

In style with The Wolf of Wall Street (2013) it is about the biggest con in the German finance history.

Engaging, funny, and entertaining… without being as far out as Scorsese’s, but it is still worth the watch.

In fact, they become so likable that we cannot but become accomplices of their peccadillos.

Great rhythm, good structure, interesting characters. It is is indeed a story to be told, and well told it is.
