DALLAS, TEXAS – September 20th, 2022 – Samuel Lynne Galleries is pleased to announce contemporary oil painter Kelsey Heimerman’s exhibition titled Limitless Illuminations, which will take place on October 8th, 2022 from 6-9pm at our 1105 Dragon St. location. This exhibition aims to encapsulate the rich complexity of the human experience using a maximalist style with the highest end of materials, including oil paint and 23-carat gold leaf. Displayed artwork uses the language of pop art to push the boundaries of composition, thus defining new limits. Using her head, heart and hand, Heimerman’s images represent a world of positivity that illuminates cultures from our past who exhibited profound understanding of human connection. This infuses the exhibition with current culturally relevant trends that are shifting the way our planet lives, in a way that charges viewers to consider their own place and power in the cultural landscape. As a classically trained, visionary oil painter and gold glider, Heimerman harnesses a unique gift for portraying visual language. She approaches painting as a primary form of thinking with limitless possibilities that consistently produce her innovative work. Her skills expand to the direction of her medium and as a modern day, female artist she strives to always push the artistic boundaries. Derived from the observance of psychology and art history & cultures from across the globe, her style becomes entirely distinctive. These mythologies combine a modern eye inspired by technology, creating a universal language of patterns and mysticism which is met with a contemporary twist. Heimerman’s early self-made success contributed to her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to imbue her monumental art with a futuristic way of thinking, and we are honored to showcase her artwork during this exhibition.
