Premise
Statistics show that many teenagers use fake ID cards, to get into clubs and such. Besties Zoe and Becca discover that they can make money out of the high demand for ID card, and decide to start their own business. It will not go down easily.
About Fakes
This ten episode comedy series is irreverent, and is entertaining with its quirky humor, and its portrayal of the two protagonists’ misadventure. Both Becky and Zoe get to tell their part of the story with first person narrative. Fakes is a relatively well produced piece, with a good script (for a teen comedy), a good cast, and it is embellished with interjections of scenes to pep everything up conveying the angst or cheer the characters might be feeling, and an up to date score.
