Our Opinion
A small work of art made without the pretensions of a blockbuster that, however, comes out ahead with large doses of imagination, fantasy, and a frankly attractive combination of genres. It combines the post-apocalyptic with the fable and has, above all, an excellent setting that makes it a more than enjoyable movie.
Movie Reviews
- “With a mix of robust practicality and visual effects, they create a bevy of whimsical plant-like organisms that are unique on several levels (…) A gripping and imaginative adventure.”
Robert Daniels: rogerebert.com
- “A very uneasy narrative that examines humanity and what it means to be human (…) The issue with ‘Vesper’ is that there are a lot of really interesting concepts that simply cannot come to fruition in two hours.”
- “For a small indie sci-fi movie, the special effects are stunning, and the world is incredibly well-realized”
