It has obviously been produced as a follow-up to the movie to give viewers the real testimonies of those affected and surrounding the many cases of murder by the nurse.

It is well produced in a true true crime manner, with interviews, dramatizations, archive footage, and voice recordings of Charles Cullen himself during the interrogations. Unlike the movie, now that we already know the story, in this documentary we get an insight into the criminal investigation and the perpetrator’s strange habits and psyche, rather than the human drama these cases caused.
So, if you are up to the task of digging a bit deeper into the case of this killer nurse, here you have a supplementary in the form a rather well produced documentary.
