Inspired upon the life of professional wrestler Kevin Von Erich and his family, “The Iron Claw” is a biographical drama is directed by Sean Durkin, and stars Zac Efron, Maura Tierney, Jeremy Allen White and Harris Dickinson. It is produced by A24 and BBC Film, and is scheduled to be released December 2nd.
Premise
The Von Erich brothers, inseparable and ambitious, made history in the extremely competitive world of professional wrestling in the 1980’s. Through tragedy and triumph, under the shadow of their domineering father and coach, the brothers seek larger-than-life immortality on the biggest stage in sports.
