Josh Ross’ “Trouble” Hits #1 At Canadian Country Radio

18 SEPTEMBER 2023 (TORONTO, ON) – Breakout country singer-songwriter and hitmaker, Josh Ross lands his first number one at Canadian country radio with his single, “Trouble”, released by Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company. The introspective country-rock track was written by Ross and Mason Thornley (Kelsey Hart, Levi Hummony) and has already amassed over 70 million global streams and is certified Platinum. Last month, Ross also released a live version of the track, recorded from his Grand Ole Opry debut.

Today, Ross announces THE TROUBLE TOUR kicking off with two special headline dates in Vancouver, February 4 (Commodore Ballroom) and Toronto, March 6 (Opera House).  The dates see his long-awaited return to the stage for Canadian fans.  After previously joining Bailey Zimmerman as special guest on a run of shows earlier this year, Ross will support Zimmerman top of 2024 on RELIGIOUSLY. Ross shone at the 2023 Canadian Country Music Awards this past weekend, winning ‘Breakthrough Artist of the Year’ following his memorable performance of “Trouble”. 

Ross has previously scored two Top 5 hits on Canadian country radio with “First Taste of Gone” and “On A Different Night”, while continuing to share new music including “Red Flags” and his latest release “Ain’t Doin’ Jack”. “Trouble” continues to climb country charts in both the US and Australia.
