Josh Hartnett

Josh Hartnett is an American actor who made his feature film debut in 1998 with the movie “Halloween H20: 20 Years Later”. Since then, he has gone on to star in numerous other Hollywood films including Pearl Harbor, Black Hawk Down, Lucky Number Slevin and 30 Days of Night. He also starred alongside Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson in the 2006 hit movie, The Black Dahlia.

Hartnett began his career as a child actor, appearing in several television commercials before getting his big break in 1998 with Halloween H20. From there he continued to gain recognition for his roles as both a leading man and supporting character in a variety of genres including romantic comedies, dramas and thrillers. His breakout role came when he portrayed the lead character in 2001’s Pearl Harbor.

Hartnett has been nominated for several awards throughout his career, including an MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Male Performance for his role in Pearl Harbor as well as a Saturn Award for Best Actor for his performance in 2004’s Wicker Park. He has been featured on many magazine covers, including Entertainment Weekly and People Magazine.

In addition to acting, Hartnett has also worked behind the camera. In 2018 he directed his first short film titled “Fable” which was selected to be part of Cannes Film Festival’s prestigious Directors’ Fortnight lineup.
