Fleishman Is in Trouble is an adaptation of the 2019 bestselling novel by same name. The miniseries is created by Taffy Brodesser-Akner, and stars Jesse Eisenberg, Claire Danes and Lizzy Caplan.
Premise
Toby Fleishmen is in for an emotional roller-coaster. Recently divorced, this forty-something will soon find himself becoming a single father, following the mysterious disappearance of his ex-wife. In his new status he has to find a work-life balance, after being given a promotion at the hospital he works in, and added to that, he is in the app-based dating scene.
