The Lincoln Lawyer doesn’t aim to be “Damages” (the series starring Glenn Close) or provide a gritty portrayal of cases. It’s a relaxed series that presents a case, resolves it, and always plays with the personal life and charisma of its protagonist, Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo).
The character has evolved and become a celebrity in the Los Angeles legal world. The series has successfully adapted from its origins in the comfort of lawyer movies, without attempting to reinvent anything, and manages to comfort us after a long day of work.
It has a very television-like format, with well-defined timelines in each episode (those series that usually start with a sunrise at the beginning of the episode and end with a sunset): tried and tested resources, maybe easy ones, in a series that we have seen so many times and yet never gets tiring.
It is made with grace, pace, and always takes care of its target audience, without demanding too much from them.

Plot
Mickey Haller, a lawyer from Los Angeles, is forced to stop working after an accident. When he accepts a murder case, he resumes his career and his signature Lincoln car.
