'She-Hulk: Attorney at Law': Review

Tatiana Maslany is She-Hulk in the new Disney+ series created by Jessica Gao. With Jameela Jamil, Mark Ruffalo, and Tim Roth.

‘She-Hulk: Attorney at Law’ is a nine episode series that will be aired weekly on Disney+. It releases August 17.

Premise

A single attorney in her 30’s, Jennifer Walters, also has to grapple with transforming into a 6’7 green superhero, She-Hulk.

Get ready for action, humor and Marvel-fun!

Review

She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is a fun, lighthearted guilty pleasure of a pass-time. It has no pretensions of being more than that, nor has it ever claimed it would be.

A well narrated story, with fantastic CGI, and a good cast. Tatiana Maslany was a good pick, and of course Mark Ruffalo never disappoints.

The storyline is good, with her being a lawyer and a seeker of justice, it is makes sense. A good plot for this premise.

Our Opinion

An enjoyable series that is high on entertainment value, with a spiffy story that is narrated with vitality and excellent special effects.

All in all, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law is exactly what it wanted to be: a fun show that isn’t afraid to examine how different life looks from the point of view of a woman — even if that woman just happens to be a Hulk.
