Celebrated as a true trailblazer for contemporary avant-garde design Mattia Bonetti presents his sixth solo exhibition at David Gill Gallery. Sculptural yet functional, Bonetti’s furniture blurs the boundaries between art and design. Highlights of the show include ‘Kyoto’ Buffet in vibrant orange burlap, black nickel plated brass and bronze, ‘Jinn’ Console, a surrealist form made in marble and bronze and the whimsical ‘Duchess’ Armchair with plush upholstery, polished bronze and rose quartz, portraying Bonetti’s ode to nature.
