Lockwood & Co. is a series created by Joe Cornish starring Ruby Stokes, Cameron Chapman and Ali Hadji-Heshmati. It is based on the novel written by Jonathan Stroud.
Lockwood Agency is a fun adventure series for kids in the same style as Ghostbusters, but this time the stars are teens and the humor adapts more to our times of TiK Tok.
It has 8 chapters that are full of irony (British) that combined with ghosts (also very British, we love it), provides us with that tasty mix for YA (young adults) that goes further than the simplicity of this series thanks to its dialogues full of irony, sarcasm and British accents.
This series does a good job in transmitting its spirit and tone thanks to an elaborate screeplay that, for once, the teens aren´t idiotic and, it seems, the producers have taken an entertainment series seriously (ironies to one side).
You will enjoy it if you want to spend some time in an informal and yet truly Britsh style with the essence of traditional mystery series, with special effects but that does not drown in them.

This is a series that strikes a good balance between classic and also modern in a very natural, ironic and elegant way.
