The Harbinger (2022) B Movie – Review

The Harbinger is a 2022 horror movie directed by Will Klipstine, starring Irene Bedard, Jeremy Gauna and Teal Redmann.

An attempt at a good horror movie that unfortunately, is not up to par with the expectations.

Synopsis

A family moves to a new state to leave their past behind.

About this movie

Quite a disappointment as far as a horror movie goes, especially when it shares title and production year with another, which will probably be a blockbuster.

So, if you are looking for a good classic horror movie or something that resembles it, be warned if you watch this The Harbinger, you are in for a B movie experience. Some viewers might appreciate that and add it to their B collection.

The one interesting element in the movie is the character of the wise-woman or shaman, Floating Hawk, which is finely portrayed by Irene Bedard. Other than that there is not much come after, neither in narrative profundity, nor in effects, nor in the performances.

We know little about the story behind the production of this movie, but we do know that the final result is not as satisfactory as it should be.
