Til Death Do Us Part is a dark comedy directed by Timothy Woodward Jr. and written by Chad Law and Shane Dax Taylor.
A horror movie that takes half an hour to find its tone and too little time to lose it again.
One of those movies that are forgotten faster than they take to finish.
Plot
Til Death Do Us Part follows the gripping tale of a bride who abandons her own wedding, setting off a chain of events that thrusts her into a nightmarish fight for survival. As she flees from her scorned groom, she not only has to evade him but also confront his seven vengeful groomsmen. The film takes audiences on a thrilling journey as the bride battles to stay alive against all odds.
Film Review
It promises more than it delivers, and what little it does provide leaves us wanting more. This movie begs for more intensity, more comedy. It takes an eternity and a half to establish itself, and when it finally does, it fails to find its own identity.
It aspires to be a comedy but falls short, it aims to be a thriller but lacks the necessary strength and storyline. It should be a dark comedy, but it seems hesitant to fully commit and ends up relying solely on good cinematography. It attempts to do something different from what we’re used to, but unfortunately, it fails in its endeavor.
