London, 28th March 2023 – Curve Games and Floating Origin Interactive are thrilled to announce the ultimate model vehicle construction platform, Kitbash Model Club. An evolution of the game previously known as Balsa Model Flight Simulator, Kitbash Model Club is developed by the creator behind the critically-acclaimed and award-winning Kerbal Space Program. Kitbash Model Club is a true sandbox, allowing players to create air, land, and sea vehicles from endless combinations using a huge variety of components. Kitbash Model Club is set to release on Steam in 2023
“Kitbash Model Club is a game I have always dreamed of making, ever since I was a kid,” saidFelipe Falanghe, Founder and Lead Developer at Floating Origin Interactive. “RC models are something I have been fascinated by. I used to spend hours building balsa wood airplane models and inventing things. Creating questionably-engineered contraptions is something I’ve always had in me.”
Players can test their creations on the island of Wirraway, which boasts a variety of environments from a cityscape to beaches, fields and highways. In Kitbash Model Club players can share and test vehicles or challenge friends to an RC dogfight! Full Steam Workshop functionality is also available for sharing and exploring other models.
