The third season of The Witcher has arrived, and it won’t be the last, as a fourth and fifth season have already been confirmed for this Netflix hit. Unfortunately, Henry Cavill, who played a pivotal role, will be departing.
The Witcher is a series created by Lauren Schmidt.
However, Geralt promises to make a grand exit in this third season, which is being released in two volumes. Geralt and Yennefer will fight to keep Ciri safe as war breaks out on the continent.
The Witcher is based on the book series written by Andrzej Sapkowski, which also inspired the popular video games that eventually led to the creation of the series.
The first part will be available to watch this Thursday, June 29th.
Plot
Geralt of Rivia, a mutant monster hunter, travels in pursuit of his destiny through a turbulent world where humans are often worse than the beasts.
