Scheduled to begin its global rollout in September, this update will integrate the advanced AI features of the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 into earlier models, including the Galaxy S24 series, S23 series, S23 FE, Z Fold5, Z Flip5, and the Tab S9 series. The Interpreter feature offers Listening Mode, now available on all updated devices, enabling one-way translation during presentations or video translations. With Chat Assist, users can easily draft emails and social media posts using Composer by inputting just a few keywords; Galaxy AI then generates a complete message tailored to the user’s tone and personal style. Suggested replies, previously exclusive to the Galaxy Z Flip6, will now be accessible on Galaxy S24 series devices when connected with a Galaxy Watch7 or Galaxy Watch Ultra, allowing for quick wrist-based responses.

The expanded Galaxy AI features are set to turn any Galaxy device into a productivity powerhouse. PDF overlay translation can seamlessly translate and overlay text in PDF files and even translate text in images and graphs. Additionally, Sketch to Image enhances photos on the Note screen or in the Gallery by generating image options that perfectly complement the original. Circle to Search, with its advanced search capabilities powered by Google, now offers intuitive search results instantly, providing step-by-step solutions for complex math problems and newly added music recognition features.

Galaxy AI empowers everyday users to produce professional-quality content, whether they are amateur photographers or aspiring content creators. Portrait Studio allows users to create portraits in various styles, including 3D cartoon and watercolor, instantly. With Instant Slow-mo, users can slow down videos while maintaining smooth image quality, making it easy to save and share them in just a few steps.
