Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is an animated series diercted by Hiroyuki Imaishi and Masahiko Otsuka. It was created by Rafał Jaki.

The story is inspired in the video-game Cyberpunk 2077.

Premise

Miho is obsessed with technology, spending his nights in virtual worlds, and during the day he attends an academy where he does not thrive. He lives with his mother in a dingy flat as they are financially challenged. Being a devout techie he strives to modify and upgrade his body to become an Edgerunner, a mercenary.
