Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is a movie directed by Arjun Varain Singh starring Karan Kanchan, Kabeer Kathpalia, and Rashmeet Kaur.

“Kho Gaye Hum Kahan” is a delightful film about the millennial generation who obsesses over social media, dates online, and somewhat witnesses life slipping away.

The lives of three friends navigating this new world, striving to create hopeful futures in a fast-paced present.

“Kho Gaye Hum Kahan” is a well-told story, with a steady pace and three characters who, despite not being exceptional, aim to reflect the invisible viewer, the true protagonist of the film.

A tale of love, encounters, and missed connections, and above all, the challenging path of starting to live.

Strong script in one of those movies that, without standing out, leave a great taste of well-crafted cinema, from the screenplay to the visuals.

About the Movie

“Kho Gaye Hum Kahan” is not exceptional, nor does it aim to be: it’s neither a comedy nor a drama, but one of those films about “learning to live,” gradually facing the challenges that arise. It doesn’t have a big budget or visual ambition, but it knows perfectly well what to tell and how to tell it.

It’s not a movie about social media, nor does it intend to warn anyone about its misuse: they are there, and we’ve had to organize our love and social lives there because, outside of them, the world is strange and different. It’s a film about these two coexisting worlds that barely touch, forming an ambiguous, diverse, and unequal reality that is manifested in the lives of these three charming characters who will have to confront it.

A film that relies on the performances of its three lead actors: all three deliver and offer complex characters that evolve with the script, multi-faceted characters who have much to say, perhaps nothing exceptional, but certainly something distinct and noteworthy.

Good cinematography and editing, with a perfect rhythm that adapts to the screenplay.

An apparently light-hearted treatment for a movie that, deep down, is not quite so.

Our Opinion

Another good film on Netflix: one with characters and stories to share, that may not go down in the annals of cinema, but leaves us with three endearing characters to accompany us in a moment of our existence.
