About the series

The series starts off slowly, but counts on the great performance by Davika Horn, who plays the leads character with remarkable stoicism, a trait that adds to the suspense. Mystery id added to the entire scenario of an “ordinary” just-laid-off office worker once she receives a box chuck full of cash, which leads to a visit from the mob. It is then that Tum shows a side to herself that no one would have expected. Does she have acute survival instincts? Or has she been hiding a part of her life that has gone completely unnoticed?

There is plenty of action, from the second episode onward, with some humorous interjections in the outlandish premise. Technically, it is not out of this world, but it counts on a good screenplay, and characterizations that are apt for an action thriller number, as well as, and most importantly, a good storyline.

Not having seen the 1999 movie it is based on, we cannot compare it to the series, but a wild guess would be that this a Thai version of the movie ‘Point of no Return‘ (1993) with Bridget Fonda, with a slight dash of comedy added to it.
