Premise

Drinking and partying is all Eve and Tori have on their minds on Christmas Eve. Until they are surprised by a robotic Santa that goes berserk and embarks on a rampant killing spree in the small town. This will pave the way for a battle for survival.

Movie Review

‘Christmas Bloody Christmas’ is a slasher that has had to make do with limited means (meaning: a lot of red sauce and a troupe of pals that do not have to deal with the interference of a major studio)… Yes, this is a B-movie that gives it its all in this rowdy, irreverent feature, and that seems to try to transmit the hilarity of participating in it, with quirky dialogues, a couple of steamy scenes and, of course, a lot of slasher killing. The premise is absurd, and in a way pays an homage to itself.

If we look at it clinically: It is a completely irrelevant movie to the collective imagery, the individual betterment and the cosmic fulfillment. However, it does serve as an alternative to the many seasonal productions.

No, they do not invent the wheel with this movie, and it is designed to simply entertain, while not demanding much of the audience.

We classify this film as a dark comedy-horror, heavy on the slasher element (in its purest form) that kicks off with amusement, but progressively loses its grip.

Easy, simplistic and relatively well crafted (considering the budget).
