On August 25th, one day after the premier of the ABC special Endless Summer Vacation: Continued (Backyard Sessions), Miley Cyrus will unveil her latest single and accompanying video, “Used To Be Young”.

Cyrus is hosting an updated version of her Disney+ special which includes an interview and music from her album Endless Summer Vacation, including the single “Flowers” and one of her older songs. The program will be broadcast on ABC on Thursday, August 24 at 10 pm and will be available to stream on Hulu the following day.

Cyrus has just released her latest record, Endless Summer Vacation, with its lead single “Flowers” and twelve accompanying songs. The song achieved a remarkable feat by topping the Billboard Hot 100 for eight weeks and U.S. Pop Radio for 10 weeks. Additionally, it has been streamed 4 billion times, becoming the fastest track ever to reach 500 million plays on Spotify. To top it all off, it’s now officially the longest-running UK No. 1 single by a female solo artist.

To mark the release of my newest single Endless Summer Vacation (backyard sessions), I posted a video with fragments of my ABC interview. It’s a look back at the first 30 years of my life in honor of U2BY. This song is for all of my devoted fans. I can’t thank you enough for your continuous support of all the different aspects of who I am. Love always, Miley.

Posters with some of Cyrus’ lyrics from earlier songs were hung up in numerous cities as an enigmatic way to announce her new single.

In her post on social media, she wrote, “There was a time when I was wild and carefree. I admit, I was crazy. It was a period of my life when I was still young and having a good time.” Accompanying the post was a video of some of the posters.
